C.Waï and Panoramic are pleased to announce the launch of the Jayli Awards, a prestigious annual ceremony dedicated to celebrating the finest talents in African music.

Recognized as a hub of African music, Côte d’Ivoire proudly hosts the Jayli Awards each year—an event designed to promote musical excellence and support African artistic creation through rigorous technical standards. As a flagship continental gathering, the Jayli Awards aim to serve as a barometer of the vibrancy and innovation of African music creation. The ambition is to weave and strengthen the bridge between African cultures through music.

Under the patronage of Mrs. Dominique OUATTARA, First Lady of Côte d’Ivoire, the Jayli Awards annually honor outstanding talents across nine competitive categories and one honorary award. A high-level pan-African jury—composed of producers, artists, cultural journalists, and experts in the Creative and Cultural Industries—evaluates the nominated works according to international standards. Public voting also contributes to the selection of the winners, who are revealed during a prestigious gala evening attended by iconic African figures and celebrities.

Beyond recognizing the year’s best artists, the Jayli Awards offer a festive experience filled with live performances by African and international artists, celebrating the richness of the African music scene.

Eligible works must have been produced between August 1, 2024, and July 31, 2025. The registration deadline is set for August 8, 2025.
